FK represents Standard Wellness in connection with a strategic financing transaction that supports the company’s continued growth and operational expansion. The proceeds refinanced the company’s existing debt, including the full repayment of Standard Wellness’s existing senior secured debt facility and the early repayment of a seller note with Columbia Care, which had been incurred as part of the Company’s acquisition of a dispensary in Utah. The financing also funds an acquisition of a dispensary license in Missouri.
