Overview
Siobhan is an Associate at Feuerstein Kulick focusing on commercial litigation, appellate work, and the regulatory framework of the emerging legal cannabis industry.
Prior to joining Feuerstein Kulick, Siobhan was an Assistant District Attorney and Assistant General Counsel at the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office (“DANY”). At DANY, Siobhan prosecuted violent felonies and financial crimes before she joined the General Counsel’s Office, pivoting her focus to representing DANY in both state and federal court.
Siobhan began her legal career as a litigation associate at Hughes Hubbard & Reed LLP where she focused on securities law, intellectual property, and white collar litigation matters.
In law school, Siobhan served as an Associate Editor of the Fordham Intellectual Property, Media, & Entertainment Law Journal. Siobhan also served as a teaching assistant for Fordham’s Legal Writing program.
