Rachel Arms

Rachel Arms is a Law Clerk in the transactional practice at Feuerstein Kulick, where she supports the firm’s work in debt and equity financing, acquisition financing, corporate restructuring, and general commercial transactions.

Rachel returned to Feuerstein Kulick after completing both spring and summer internships with the firm. She also gained valuable experience, interning at the New York Supreme Court, Appellate Division, Second Department. During law school, Rachel was a member of Law Review and served as its Business Manager. Prior to law school, she worked as a paralegal at an intellectual property firm in New York City.
