Overview
Jesus is an Associate at Feuerstein Kulick focusing on commercial litigation, appellate work, and the regulatory framework of the emerging legal cannabis industry.
Prior to joining Feuerstein Kulick, Jesus spent nearly nine years as a litigation associate at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP, where he represented public and private companies in complex commercial disputes, securities litigation, and government investigations. His practice spanned every stage of litigation, from pleadings and discovery through dispositive motions and appeals, and he conducted internal investigations for clients facing SEC and DOJ inquiries. Jesus also maintained an active pro bono practice, including immigration and wrongful conviction matters.
In law school, Jesus served as an Executive Editor of the NYU Law Review and as an instructor in the NYU High School Law Institute. He is fluent in Spanish.
