Overview
Brittany Wolfe is a Law Clerk at Feuerstein Kulick who works in the firm’s transactional practice, focusing on matters pertaining to debt and equity financing, acquisition financing, restructuring, corporate governance, and related commercial transactions.
While in law school, Brittany was an Articles Editor on Brooklyn Law’s Journal of Law and Policy and a member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Honor Society. During law school, she interned with a large industrial conglomerate and participated in a Brooklyn Law School clinic with the US Attorneys’ Office of the Eastern District of New York. Brittany was also a summer associate at Feuerstein Kulick.
Prior to law school, Brittany worked at the Manhattan District Attorney Office, first as a paralegal in Trial Bureau 40 and then as an investigative analyst in the Violent Criminal Enterprises Unit.
