Overview
Beth Peng Lyden is a debt finance Counsel at Feuerstein Kulick LLP and specializes in commercial and real estate lending and financing transactions.
Beth represents and advises foreign and domestic lenders and borrowers in the structuring, negotiation, documentation and closing of debt financing transactions. She has considerable experience representing foreign and domestic banks and other institutional lenders in syndicated and bilateral credit facilities and has structured investment grade financings, secured and unsecured asset based and cashflow lending transactions, acquisition financing, warehouse lines, real estate and construction loans, and multicurrency and cross-border credit facilities.
In addition to her understanding of debtors’ unique business issues and assets—from perfume bottles and yoga mats to marine vessels, airplanes and flight simulators—clients value Beth’s ability to help them identify and address economic and risk issues at the start of a deal and avoid surprises down the road.
Prior to joining Feuerstein Kulick, Beth was a senior commercial lending and finance attorney at a large Midwest law firm and an associate with a boutique commercial and real estate finance firm in Armonk, New York.
