FK Represents Grön in Acquisition by Wyld
Wyld, the most recognized and widely available cannabis edibles brand in North America, announced it has entered into an agreement to acquire Grön, a pioneering, women-led edibles company known for its premium products and innovation. The transaction is expected to close in Q1 2026, subject to regulatory approvals.
Both Wyld and Grön share deep roots in the market that helped shape the modern cannabis edibles category. The combination brings together two category leaders aligned around quality, innovation, and long-term brand building, creating a more complete and trusted edibles platform within the $4.8 billion edibles marketplace.
The acquisition is designed to strengthen both brands. Grön will gain access to Wyld’s infrastructure, operational scale, and multi-state footprint, while continuing to operate independently with its existing products, formulations, and brand identity unchanged. There are no plans for co-branding or changes to Grön’s creative direction.
Wyld is currently available in 16 U.S. states and Canada across approximately 7,500 retail locations. Grön offers more than 75 products across9 U.S. states and Canada and is available in approximately 4,500 retail locations. Following the transaction, the combined company will employ approximately 1,400 people.
